

PGA Head Golf Professional-Kenny Cashwell
A North Carolina native and UNC graduate, Kenny joined the staff at Pine Forest in August of 2006. Kenny brings a wealth of golf knowledge and experience with 39 years of playing experience (yes, he started young). Kenny was elected as a Class “A” PGA Professional in 1995 and has also earned two advanced PGA Certifications and is currently pursuing PGA Master Professional status.
PGA Teaching Professional-Becky Cashwell
Becky was raised in New Mexico and after being named to the National High School Coaches Golf All-America team attended New Mexico State. Still a competitive player, Becky enjoys teaching players of all ages and ability levels. Becky was elected as a Class “A” PGA Member in 1990 and remains active in PGA programs and events.
Director of Instruction-Tom McGinnis
Tom has spent a lifetime in the world of golf as a touring professional and a professional instructor. Tom attended the University of Tennessee where he was Captain and #1 player on the golf team. His PGA Tour highlights (1971 - 1983) include 9 top ten finishes, leading money winner on the Canadian Pro Tour and the Savannah Pro Tour and winner of the O'Hare Open PGA Tour Event. Tom's Senior Tour highlights (1999 - 2001) include over $1.2 million in prize money and winner of the Bank of Boston Classic Tour Event in 1999 beating Hale Irwin in a nationally televised playoff. Tom logged over 10,000 instructional hours in the metropolitan NY area before relocating to the lowcountry with his wife, Sally and his son, Thomas. Beginners, junior, accomplished players, and even fellow pros have all benefited from his ability to personalize and simplify each of his student's needs. |
